Trade Commission of Spain is proud to provide you with a unique
opportunity to learn about one of the world's great wines - Sherry.
The tasting seminar is presented by Mr. César Saldaña, who is arguably
one of the foremost authorities on Sherry in Spain. He is the Secretary-General
of the Consejo Regulador for Sherry, the legislated regulatory body
that oversees the making of Sherry. César Saldaña will take you
through a tasting of seven different styles of Sherry, from bone
dry to exquisitely sweet. In addition, tapas will be served to explore
traditional Spanish wine and food pairings. There will be plenty
of time for questions to help deepen your appreciation of one of
the world's classic wines. Join us for this unique event!
As a special gift from the Government of Spain, you may keep 6 of
the sherry glasses.
